Music at the Pavilion brings acoustic melodies to Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park

Prince George, B.C. – The pavilion at Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park is the place for free live music this summer starting July 10. The City of Prince George is hosting Music at the Pavilion every second Thursday until August 21. 

The small concert series will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. and features family-friendly local musicians. Residents are invited to sit at the picnic tables under the pavilion or bring chairs and blankets and get comfortable while enjoying local tunes. 

Confirmed musicians for the July 10 event include: 

  • 6:00 p.m. to 6:40 p.m. - One and Done (Dave Schulte, Doug Borden and Jim Sayle)
  • 6:45 p.m. to 7:20 p.m. - Emma Leach
  • 7:25 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Ben Brown

Plus, every Thursday families can enjoy a ride on the Little Prince steam engine from 3 to 7 p.m., check out the Crusin’ Classics Car Club meet up, visit the Exploration Place by donation until 8 p.m., and take-out treats from Origins Kitchen until 8 p.m. The spray park is open at Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. through the summer.
