Council Agenda Correspondence
Submitting correspondence for a Council meeting agenda is one way to share your views with Mayor and Council. Correspondence included on an agenda is reviewed by Council, forms part of the public records, and is published on the City's website.
Please only include information you want made public.
When you submit correspondence, any personal information you provide, including your name and street name, will be published as part of the agenda.
How to Submit Correspondence
Email your submission to cityclerk@princegeorge.ca or mail/deliver it to:

Submissions Requirements
To be included on a Council meeting agenda, your submission must:
- be addressed to Mayor and Council
- include your first name, last name, and residential street name (anonymous submissions will not be accepted)
- contain only information intended for public disclosure
- be legible, if handwritten
- be received by 12:00 p.m. six calendar days before the meeting
- for a Monday meeting, submissions must be received by 12:00 p.m. the Tuesday before
- for a Wednesday meeting, submissions must be received by 12:00 p.m. the Thursday before
